Les Dames d'Escoffier New York (LDENY) is a society of professional women involved in the food, wine, and hospitality industries. The purpose of the organization is to support and promote the understanding, appreciation, and knowledge of food, beverages, nutrition, the arts of the table, and other fields as they relate to these disciplines. The collection includes menus, flyers, invitation cards, members' correspondence, administrative and promotional material, photographs, and videorecordings.
